4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will address your concerns. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions or damage caused by others after our service.

8. Property Access

Customers must provide safe access to the property for our cleaning team. This includes ensuring utilities are available, the site is structurally safe, and all hazards are clearly marked. Post Construction Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse service to unsafe sites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
